3. Do you have a customer service portal?

Yes, the client site gives you easy access to your account information and allows you to view reports, schedule cleanings, communicate with your coordinator, and more.

Yes, with the MEDMETRIX® certification, all of the Jan-Pro Cleaning & Disinfecting Unit franchise owners are capable of completing terminals cleaning.

7. Do you clean up biohazards?

Jan-Pro Cleaning & Disinfecting is not currently certified to dispose of biohazardous waste. Local franchisees have plenty of other medical certifications though. Contact your local cleaning franchise office for more details.

8. Do you do landscaping?

While landscaping is not Jan-Pro Cleaning & Disinfecting’s turf, many of its franchise owners have partnerships with landscapers.
